Wearing shirts with dildos makes for great conversation.
Wearing shirts with dildos makes it easier to get laid.
Most people don't know what cunnilingus means.
Sex is as diverse as the people that have it.
Carpe diem!
- I miss SexOutLoud!
Ellen Schleicher
Program Facilitator - 2000-2003
- Current Occupation/School:Maternal and Child Health Policy Analyst for the Association of State and Territorial Health Official; I work to increase the importance of maternal and child health (including adolescents) in state public health. We have a state by state document about which states are using abstinence only education funds and which states refused on our website (under access, then MCH, then technical assistance).
- What You Learned in SOL: Humor and honesty are the best ways to talk about sex.
Jonathan Oppenheimer
Program Facilitator - 2004-2005
- Current Occupation/School: Reproductive/Sexual Health Hotline Counselor in Philadelphia for CHOICE, Community Interviewer doing sexual health surveys for the Family Planning Council, Community Educator for Planned Parenthood
- What You Learned in SOL: When facilitating sexual education programs, I found the work to be particularly satisfying because the information we provided seemed relevant to absolutely everyone - gay, straight, bi, sexually active or not - because we are sexual beings. Even if those attending our programs were not highly vocal, I could see light bulbs turning on in students' heads or young men and women quietly nodding and acknowledging the importance of what we did. It was that recognition of the necessity of the work I did there that made it so worthwile.
